Fantastic service from Tom at TC Car Sales. Everything was easy, chilled and relaxed. Sounds like some people are put off by the location but honestly the location is fine and the customer service and good old chatting more than makes up for it! Tom is such an easy guy to get on with and easy to get a deal made. Cars are priced very fairly too!! The office is an old 20ft container, whilst that may sound a bit odd what's been done with it is absolutely fantastic. New glass doors cut into the side and the inside of the container has been done to the point where it is a proper office and a really welcoming area.

All in all an absolutely fantastic experience, it's how car buying should be done! Big main dealers can learn a lot from Tom that's for sure!

Just bought a C Class from Tom. Very easy process. Friendly and genuine guy. Car was exactly as advertised. No pressure during the viewing, he just answered a few questions I had. I live pretty local (East Cardiff) and he was even happy to drop it off a few days later which was a big help. This is how it should be done.

I purchased a Nissan from T.C Cars this week and he couldn't be enough help, I was able to test drive the car and give it a good look over and all through the documents too. It exterior is very well kept and is pristine inside! very happy with the car was able to drive off within the hour with it. Have not had any problems and is easy to drive considering going from a auto to a manual. very pleased and would recommend this garage!
